6th Dan

Master Deborah Jett began her training in the martial arts to spend time with her children and get exercise, but soon discovered that there was much more to the martial arts.  Teaching and sharing the benefits of the martial arts became her passion.  With the guidance of her instructor, Master John St. James, she is now a 6th Degree Master Instructor with the Atlantic-Pacific Tang Soo Do Federation.

Master Jett helped open Karate World of Suwanee, Georgia in March of 1996, and soon began a full time martial arts career.  She is now a part-owner and Chief Instructor.  She specializes in introducing new students to the martial arts, youth development, and starting students on their path to Black Belt leadership.

In addition to her teaching career, Master Jett was an active competitor.  Prior to testing for Masters Rank, Master Jett was active in regional, national and international competition.  Over 10 years she won numerous first place awards in all categories as well as a Regional Grand Championship.  She has also been instrumental in coordinating and choreographing two World Champion competition teams.
